Hi, I live in Brazil and since the outage yesterday my date format is wrong. In Brazil is DAY/MONTH/YEAR but my dates are now MONTH/YEAR/DAY! I already tried to switch back and forth the regional preferences and it didn´t work.

I noticed the AI icon disappeared and I am unable to use AI in my sheets.
A notification is triggered when I or one other person enters a date in a field. When the other person enters the date, we both receive the notification email; however, when I enter the date, the other person receives the email, but I do not. The other person is the owner, I am an admin if that makes any difference.
