Workflow or Alarm

Hello all,

I work in company established in Germany. So my english writing can confuse you.

I am new here and want to ask a question regarding the workflow / alarm tool.

The automated mails are linked to a formular or the receiver gets a link to the complete Project.

Is it possible to link the alarm to a DashBoard?

This is because I created reports for every Team member linked to the Dash Board. so the Dach Bord is the central entry for my tems to enter to the different reports.

(By person, by issue ...)

Yes, you can add the link to the dashboard in the alert/reminder. Is that what you meant?

Dear Andrée,

sorry to be so late.

I understand that I am able to copy the link of the dashboard into the message box. If you mean this solution. But automatically the system links directly to the sheet and not to an other object to capture information.

Sometimes some information out of the complete plan is useless for the crew.

Because of this I use the reports to let the people get the needed information. The reports are all linked to a Dashboard.

Perhaps I am wrong by doing this but it works.
