I have workflows that automatically send update requests to my vendors when a task is 48hrs from its completion date. However, when they respond it goes to automation@smartsheet.com, and not to me where it should be? How can I change it??
Is it possible to apply a filter to the grid view, but not to the calendar view? I am trying to filter out items that have been marked as "complete" from the grid view, while keeping them on the calendar. I noticed the AI icon disappeared and I am unable to use AI in my sheets.
A notification is triggered when I or one other person enters a date in a field. When the other person enters the date, we both receive the notification email; however, when I enter the date, the other person receives the email, but I do not. The other person is the owner, I am an admin if that makes any difference.
