Ability to create a report on change activity for a certain column and have details for auditing purposes. The activity log does not provide enough filtering and drill into for audit reporting to use and find information required.
By having an Email interface with Microsoft Email Contacts it would minimize the errors in having to manually enter the email addresses and increase efficiencies. If an email is entered incorrectly it does not become easily known until and unless a user advising they are not getting the emails.
Have a Support Portal instead of email so you are able to monitor and lookup status as well as view previous tickets. In addition, it would be helpful to be able to tag others to view and monitor within the portal
