Cell Linking? Index/Match?
I have 83 project schedules in a folder.
I have a 'Key Milstone' Tracker with project locations in the primary column and all the milestones I need to grab as columns. Each milestone I need is in the exact same place on each of the 83 sheets. Is there an easier way of linking the cells other than sheet by sheet; or some form of INDEX/MATCH ?

What about using a Report for this?
If all of your 83 sheets are stored in the same Workspace, you could select the Workspace as the Source for your Report. This will then automatically pull in ALL your current sheets and automatically add new sheets to the Report as they're created.
Then as long as your one key milestone row has an indicator that it's the row you need, you can set the filter of the Report to only look for that one key row in all of your sheets and bring in the select columns you need.
