I would like the ability to add hyperlinks in an automated workflow message instead of copying/pasting links.

Hi Erin -- can you describe a in a little bit of detail the workflow? And what kind of links are you currently pasting in?
It's worth noting that if you're simply adding a URL (e.g., "http://www.google.com/" for example), Smartsheet automatically recognizes this and presents it as a clickable hyperlink.
But depending on what you're trying to do, there may be other options.
