Formula to reference sheet auto ticket # with survey form link so that ticket id# follows process

Hi! I was viewing How to Build a Ticket Intake Process That Actually Works - YouTube and at 9:45 minutes in, the presenter references a formula that will point to the ticket number on the intake sheet, connect it with the link to a survey, so that when the customer completes the survey and their info is input into the form, the ticket number is also automatically input so that the team can see which ticket number the customer is referencing when they complete the survey.

The formula looks something like this: =https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/b4844d8b2d924192819c9806?TicketID=*+[Ticket#]@row

(numbers intentionally changed above for sample purposes)

but this isn't right and comes out as #UNPARSABLE - is anyone familiar with this formula or could direct me to where to find the correct formula?

Thank you @Brent Wilson ! That did the trick. I think there must be something I'm missing on the other end as the ticket number isn't auto populating onto the survey sheet as hoped, but the formula itself works/is now showing as a formula and no error message. I'll keep digging for how to make it work all the way through, but thank you so much for the help!
