Hi @Paul Newcome The Automagician badge is awarded to the top 5% of automation users and is awarded based on Smartsheet product use (specifically number of automations you set up). The Superstar badge is awarded to customers based on overall use of the product, from using workflows, forms, reports and dashboards as well as sharing and collaborating. Hope this is helpful. @Arsineh I am wondering if the star ranking is automatically updated or if there is something I need to do to trigger a request? I believe I have enough points and stars to be classified as a “Contributor” (and just a few more posts away from “Counselor”) but I am still only seeing my profile as “Seeker”. Thanks!

That's awesome! Congrats on so many points! 🙂

Ranks will be automatically updated as soon as you meet the criteria, however there's also a timeframe associated with Ranks. This means that someone couldn't jump from being an Observer to an Ambassador in one day. Keep coming back and I'm sure you'll see those stars very soon! 🌟
