Can't see hidden fields in a current form.

A former coworker created a form and it's time to create a new one with new information. The old form clearly has hidden fields but don't show on the form when I try to edit it. I want to be able to use these hidden fields in the new form but can't see how they are being used currently. How do I see them in the existing form?

@MHills Are you an Admin on the sheet? If you're not an Admin you won't be able to see hidden fields or add them to a form.

I wasn't the original Admin of the account but I am now, would that make a difference?
