Moving from Trial to Licence

I have been using a trial SmartSheets license for the last 10 days or so. My company has bought the business license with 10 users and granted me access. When I go back into SmartSheets after this I still get the banner at top to Upgrade suggesting that I am still using a trial license.

Do I need to do anything to move on from this and if I start new activities using the trial license will they be available to me under my company license?

You would have received an email alerting you to the new license assignment to you. If you did not get that, and you're still seeing the banner, they need to fix that.

Meanwhile you can create away, and you won't lose anything when you transition.
