Update TODAY() function automatically improvements

Hello SS Community,

I have been using the required automation to update my sheets automatically since I am using the TODAY() function on my rows. The current setup I have is to check an unchecked box and vice versa.

I found that the instructions on this page work as well however, I did notice a gap in the date solution. If users add rows to the sheet, no date gets populated into the row since a formula cannot be used. I modified the automation and wanted to share this with the community. Basically changing the condition to monitor if the date field is blank or not blank. Regardless of the value, it will always record a date.
