Alerts with smartsheet form link is not running

Hi Everyone,

I created a sheet to capture the inputs coming from forms. I set an alert workflow to send automated mailer with form link to designated SPOCs. But the alert mailers are not being sent. There is no issue with domain whitelisting as other update requests and mailers are running successfully. Alert workflow is showing that it is running, however automated mails are not being sent. Kindly assist.

Hi Jaime. I am unable to provide a screenshot but updating the steps here for reference.

Trigger-When a date is reached -> Every day starting 02/02/23 -> 10PM ->

Alert someone -> Send to specific people -> Selvalaxmi -> Message only with forms link

I was testing this hence updated my name in alert..

Ensure that you've checked the Sheet Change Notification Settings box to Include my changes in sheet notifications in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the lower-left corner).

I am currently having the same issue. The automation looks like it is working but as I test, I have not received any notifications with the same setup as above. I am trying to send a message to specific people to begin filling out the form link, the sheet will start out blank. Did anyone get this figured out?
