INDEX/Match Error?
Hello, I have the following Equation written out:
=INDEX({Brand Manager}, MATCH([Brand Channel]@row, {Brand Channel}), 0)
{Brand Manager} and {Brand Channel} are pulling from Sheet A. Brand Channel is a column that is in Sheet A and Sheet B. The equation is written in Sheet B.
My expectation of the equation was to pull in the Brand Manager from Sheet A as long as they have the same Brand Channel that matches in Sheet A and B, however for some reason, this is pulling in the wrong people (or no one at all even though there is content inside). Am I doing something wrong? This used to work without issue, and now suddenly it isn't! HELP!!

Your formula looks good. Please provide images of your sheet and your cross-reference mapping.

Hi @ChaunyT
I agree that it would be helpful to see screen captures, but please block out sensitive data.
One potential update: I see you have the 0 on the outside of the MATCH function. You'll actually want to have this inside the MATCH function, to let it know that your column isn't sorted in any particular order.
Try:
=INDEX({Brand Manager}, MATCH([Brand Channel]@row, {Brand Channel}, 0))
Cheers,
Genevieve
