Issues with Smartsheet and firewall

Because our company have access control on network, so we need to setup rules on our fortigate firewall to make user can access smartsheet.

I try to following old post to setup our firewall, link is on the below:

When we try register account on smartsheet but is fail.

The error The error message is : Sorry, we can't complete your sign up at this time.is : Sorry, we can't complete your sign up at this time.

But on no access control network is can register account on smartsheet.

Anyone can point me in the direction of some network usage info, firewall requirements, or other documentation on this?

Hi @YKL I recommend contacting Smartsheet Support as well as your company's security for this as only they can identify the underlying issue with your computer settings, technical requirements for this purpose. Here is the link to contact support -
