Sheet tied to Automation Form

We've had some people leave after creating sheets and automations. We turn over ownership of those items, but one of my team members is getting an automation with a link to a form and we don't know what sheet in the many workspaces we have, it belongs to. The problem is I don't know how to find what sheet it is tied to. How can I find out what sheet an automated update request is coming from?

Try submitting a filled-out form and adding something specific to search for.

Another option would be to look for the sheet that just changed after you submitted the form.
