Hello,

Looking for any expertise here.

I am trying to utilize Smartsheet to begin tracking goals and milestones for our Parks and Recreation Comprehensive Plan. This is a multi-year plan that includes short-term (1-5 years), mid-term (5-10 years), long-term (10+ years), and ongoing (continual) goals. The vision would be to allow project managers to be able to fill out a form providing status updates that would then populate a sheet that the department director could use to monitor goals and milestones.

Looking for any recommendations on best/favorite templates that could be used as a good starting point for a project like this. Thanks!

You could use Automated Update Requests to ask for updates as needed.
