Hi all, is there a way to view who can access the smartsheet forms either through API or the website? We add people to our contact list and they can see the form at first and the second day they can't see the form anymore.

Access to the form is based on what level the person has when added to contact list.

For forms, I would suggest either creating a dashboard and add the form there. You can also use embedded code to place the form elsewhere (such as a company intranet website) to be accessed. The form itself can also be shared via email so they should be able to access the form if they have the link.
