Form File Upload for attachments disabled

in Smartsheet Basics

 have run into an interesting issue. I have a form on a sheet and we had the ability to upload attachments. I went to the form this morning and it was no longer available. when I went to edit the form the ability to add the File Upload to the form is greyed out

Has anyone seen this issue before?

    In all of my forms where the upload is already present in the form, it shows grayed out; in all other instances it shows as available. Have you confirmed that it is not accidentally turned to be a hidden field?

    That being said there are storage capacity limits for Smartsheet, so you may want to double check that your organization is not at capacity.

    I solved it. was some logic on the form that made it appear. A new value thru that off so I did a temp fix and will go back and get it back where it needs to be next week

    I am having the same issue and cannot find a setting to open it back up. Any thoughts?
