Reference Sheet Summary data from another sheet

Currently if I could like to reference another sheet in either a cell or in a formula elsewhere, that data must come from a sheet and not a sheet summary.

This means I have some data duplicated in a sheet summary for a report, and also in a sheet for use in a reference elsewhere
