Although we are extremely proficient when it comes to reducing load on our smartsheets (we use pivot, data mesh and data shuttle extensively), we still find ourselves hitting capacity limits (mostly because of the number of columns in conjunction with some pretty complex formulas).
Breaking up data between sheets and leveraging a report is not always the best way forward, and frankly it's a workaround, not an elegant solution.
Unfortunately, we don't often know when we've hit a sheet's capacity until the sheet is already broken, taking down the highly visible reports and tools it supports at the same time.
We would like a warning that lets us know when we're approaching various percentages of sheet capacity - 25%, 50%, 75%, and 90% so we can better construct our solutions.
