Transfer my Community account?
Starting next week, I will be moving from one Smartsheet Account to another and it will be a hard cut off, I won't have access to both at the same time. Is there a way to transfer my Smartsheet Community account as well?

Are you retaining your same email address across accounts, or are you changing emails as well?
If you're changing emails and you know what your email will be, please follow the process outlined in this FAQ and we can help with the transition 🙂

Thank you! Yes, I will be changing my email and logging into Smartshet via SSO but I do know what my new email will be so I will follow that process. Thanks!

As long as we have private verification from this email address that we can delete it, we'll swap it out for the new email. Please go ahead and Report that post with your new information, identifying the date that you want the swap to happen.
