Set Time Zone for Created Date reflected in Dynamic View

Issue: The Created Date column converts to Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) when you include it in the View Display of a Dymanic View. When collecting data in real time, this creates incorrect data on daily reports as the UTC is 7 hours different than the Pacific Standard Time (PST) - pushing some entries to the following day.

Background info from SmartSheet support: System Columns always use UTC in the back-end while the display value matches the time zone of the last person to access the sheet. This means that although the display value is in the sheet-viewers time zone, formulas and API calls using System Column data may be returned based on the UTC time zone.

Request: Create a solution to ensure that the Created Date, when viewed in Dynamic View, is consistent with the data that is system genereated on the source sheet.

@Jonathan Anchondo - As far as I know this has not been resolved. I believe for any of my dynamic views, I am having to create a helper column.
