Why are smartsheet emails being sent to my junk folder?

Hello i am currently working a on a smart sheet automation for a project and i have ran into this issue where my emails are sent to my junk email. I need these emails to be sent to multiple different people at random times and not in their junk email. I checked all my settings as i was previously reading forms from before but haven't found a solution.

I have made automation from before and it was never an issue. it only has started today with this sheet. Yesterday, with the same sheet, i was able to get emails normally but now it only go to junk. I talked to my IT team and they said that if it is on our end then I would have to go through a whole porcess to get it white listed so i am looking for a more convenient option.
