Why are smartsheet emails being sent to my junk folder?

Hello i am currently working a on a smart sheet automation for a project and i have ran into this issue where my emails are sent to my junk email. I need these emails to be sent to multiple different people at random times and not in their junk email. I checked all my settings as i was previously reading forms from before but haven't found a solution.

I have made automation from before and it was never an issue. it only has started today with this sheet. Yesterday, with the same sheet, i was able to get emails normally but now it only go to junk. I talked to my IT team and they said that if it is on our end then I would have to go through a whole porcess to get it white listed so i am looking for a more convenient option.

@Jeremy Oesch Start the process to get @app.smartsheet.com whitelisted. In the meantime, are you able to set up mailbox rules for at least your own email account? You could set it to automatically move those mails from junk to inbox, or to a Smartsheet folder.

Yes i have already made it so that smart sheet emails automatically go to my inbox and not to junk. I am guesses theres nothing else I can do?

I don't think there's anything you can do in Smartsheet, at least until the "From address customization" is completed and phased in. The problem is on the receiving end.
