Having trouble copying data from one sheet to another

Hi, I altered the IT ticketing sheet to include 20 columns I have in another sheet. When I try to copy that data from the sheet into the IT ticketing sheet, "paste" is not an option.

I am grabbing the data from the second column to the last one, and using Ctrl C or right click copy don't actually copy it. And there is no "paste" option available to copy it to the other sheet.

Can someone help? Thank you.
