Tracked changes in Word Documents Attachments

Hi,

We are trying to upload word documents to a row, which includes track changes. While the tracked changes are visible in the original document, they are not once it is attached to the row. Has anyone experienced that? Is there a solution to this?

If you add the document from the web and not as a direct upload, it should have more transparency into versions. @Ute such as from Google Docs, etc.
