Automate Fillable PDF
Hello,
I have created an "inquiry form" in which employees submit general information regarding a request. In this form, employees select from a list of request types, one request type in particular we would like a follow-up form automatically sent to the requester. The idea is they would receive/complete the follow up form then submit this.
I explored the "generate document" feature with a fillable PDF but couldn't build exactly what I was hoping to (above). I also considered the "send update request" feature (with the expectation they could just email the completed form) but we would need to edit the message each time.
Any suggestions or workarounds?

You could send them an automated Update Request or an Alert with a link to a different form.

@Andrée Starå Thanks, I tested this out, but it doesn't allow me to enter a hyperlink in the message. We need the form to remain in a Word/PDF fillable format.
