Automation issue
Hi @Genevieve P. - I am trying to create an automation for Sheet 1 - Where the "Law ticket indicator is checked" and the Actual Date is entered for the row to move to a sperate sheet. Below is the image of how i set it up (image 1). however, when the automation is run, it keeps pulling unchecked rows (image 2). how do i only limit it to the two indictors listed above. Am i doing something wrong?

How is the trigger checkbox column being populated?

Are you running the automation manually "Run Now", or is it grabbing unchecked rows even when the sheet is being used normally? I have noticed that the "Run Now" feature tends to ignore the triggers (since you are basically overriding the trigger portion to for it to run) and only looks at the condition(s).

To test it out, i was using the "Run Now" feature. that's when it grabbed rows that were not supposed to transfer. For example in image 2 only the rows with purple markings that are checked should be transferring over but for some reason it randomly transferred other rows as well.

Paul is correct! Using "Run Now" manually bypasses the trigger, but honours conditional blocks. Here's the Help Article with bullet points on using this feature:
