How to configure my own Email as Smartsheet Notifications Email Address
Hi,
I want to configure my own email address to send notifications to team. How can I send the notification from my email instead of notification@smartsheet.com.
If the feature is not supported in Smartsheet, what workarounds are available for it?

Hello,
There isn't a way to change the "from" address to your email address, but you might consider customizing your notification messages to include your email address.
You can do this by modifying the notifications. More on this in the help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/542904-using-notifications#modify

Do we know when this feature may become available? We have seen many problems with users not paying attention to emails coming from Smartsheets because they don't recognize it as they would an internal email address.

Are there plans to add this capability? I agree it is definitely needed for effective communication.
