Dashboard Chart - how to get the chart to show different 'levels'

Hello,

I am trying to get the below chart to show the different results in this one chart.

For example the current state it shows each Primary Analyst (redacted out) with how many survey results they have received, but I would like it to also show the different rates. So the survey results go from 1 -5 and some of them received a 4 and 5s but you can't tell that from this chart. How get a bar for each rate for each person? I would see for the first (example) bar have two bars one would be 1 for a 4 and 4 for 5 totaling the 5.

Any help/suggestions will be appreciated.

You would need separate columns for each scoring level. Then you can create a stacked column chart.
