Form Logic to link to another existing form

Hi All,

I have recently been introduced to Smartsheet and am trying to streamline some processes.

Is there functionality to add logic to a from to directly open another form based on a selection?

Example if someone selects the form is related to department A, it will take them to fill out an existing form that department A has already established.

The goal is to eliminate the creation of additional links to our website for different forms as we are trying to create forms for multiple uses.

I am open to other suggestions as well. Thank you!

No, but you could use the Conditional Logic (depending on the difference between the forms)
