Show dealy in gantt chart
Hi
We are trying to use Gantt chart, for planning a project timeline.
We have expected start, actual start, planned end date and actual end date, because sometimes something gets in the way and we can't hold the original timeline.
But we want to know how much of a delay we have or doesn't have. So we use the dates to illustrate and count if we are behind. but we want to it to use these dates in the Gantt Chart, so if we are past the planned "end date", it would be great if the task could use the actual "end date". This way we ca see the chart is correct and if we are on time or not.
Hope somebody can help me with this issue.
All the best.

Sounds like a good use case for Smartsheet's Baselining feature.
