How do I pull data from sheet summary into a report

I'm trying to build a report with data pulled in from multiple project plans. If I have a sheet summary in the project plan and add all the fields in the plan, the data is not getting pulled into the report. What am I doing wrong?

Ensure that you've selected the Sheet Summary Report option and not the Row Report.
