Multiple alerts sent

I am having a challenge with the Alert Someone automations.

I need a email reminder to go out on a cadence instructing the individual to review their employee's entries.

Unfortunately, the way I have it set, it sent 389 entries. I only need it to send 1. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Here is how it is currently set up. I have one for each quarter.

Hi Brandee, you’re not filtering by anything so the recipient is going to get all the rows in the sheet.

if you don’t care which row they get, you can add a generic row with instructions in one of the columns and filter by that row to send them just that row.
