Workflow Email Fields Not Populating

I have created a workflow on a smartsheet that generates an email with column fields. However, when the email goes out the fields are not generating the cell information from those fields. Instead it shows the field name. For example, {Last Name} instead of the last name of the person. I have done this with other sheets and have had no issues, not sure why one sheet is not populating the fields.
