Update request form "Upload Files"

Hi all! Another form question.

I'm generating a PDF and send it to the user through the update request feature. Basically, they'll have a checkbox to indicate that they received the PDF and the PDF is an attachment.

Two questions about the request update:

1) Is there any way to get rid of the Upload Files button. I don't want them to be able to upload anything.

2) The other is more of an accessibility question. Attachments are not displayed by default. There's an arrow and an Attachment text. So the user needs to navigate to the that text first that says "Attachments" but nothing else. Hit Enter to open the list of attachments. And then Tab to the attachment. Space/Enter to open/download it... Is there any way to simplify this by just showing the attachment in the first place? Tx

1, You can change what fields should be included, and to remove the upload feature, you remove the "An attachment" option.

2, Unfortunately, it's not possible to do it differently at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.
