Long numbers form input
I am trying to collect mobile phone data for a customer, to activate and deactivate service. Some of the data entered in the form I created are longer numbers, 19 digits. Currently when testing, Smartsheet is converting the last 5 digits into zeros when they end up in the sheet. I am suspecting I need to somehow format the data to text. This is simply for data collection, I don’t need to do any calculations with these numbers. Can someone explain to me how to collect the full and correct numbers?
Thanks!
Matt

@MattAmherst I entered long numbers (30+ digits) through a form with no issue. I made sure the form was doing no validation .
If you use Validation = Number only you will likely get a result in scientific notation if it is too long.
