Report for sheet formatting/data?

Hi there, I have a question about whether there is a way to run a report to get a list of all the columns names in a sheet? Ideally, this would be a list of names along the the column properties and then the details of those properties.

For example, a list of all column names, the column type for each and then a list of what elements are included in the column (the list of dropdown names).
