collaborates list for user to edit the additional character on different sheets

I can edit my Smartsheet contact list as 06160056: Add marks or additional information on Shared user's name by Gerson. However, all users may play different roles on different sheets as I used it for all partners. Such as one company could be my customer / supplier / co-worker for different projects. But they are same name ( even I edited for department of company) on different collaborators of Sheets.  There are more than 20-30 names for 5-6 companies involved into a same sheet.  It is difficult to remember everybody once I sent message or email to choose their name from the list. 

**suggestion: add one more column on collaborates list for user to edit the additional character based on current project**
