How to set the decline with comments input?

today 's the second day i use smartsheet, i try to create an approving application, and i create a approving flow(request an approval), it works well. but for the decline option, there is no place to input the comments why it is declined.

Anyone can help me on this topic?

Ensure you've included the A comment option, so they can add a comment before deciding.
