Metric Widgets

I created a lot of Metric Widgets, and set them up to navigate to URLs. They were working fine, then stopped working across the board. I checked and the URLs are valid. Even if I add a new Metric Widget it will not navigate to a Smartsheet Item or a URL. No error, nothing happens. Report widgets still navigate to URLs properly. I created a Case as well.

A coworker discovered changing the format to 'Stacked' fixed this. Weird but true!

Strange!

Try these troubleshooting steps first.

• Check the Smartsheet Status page if there are any reported issues: https://status.smartsheet.com/
• Log out / in again
• Try a different browser
• Try the browsers in Private/Incognito mode
• If possible, check if other users have the same issue

Did that make any difference?

I have the same issue. The Metric widget links in one of my dashboards work fine, however the links in the same metric widget on another dashboard mysteriously stopped working a couple days ago. No changes were made to this dashboard, the links just stopped working. For clarity, the pointer changes to hand, over the link, but when clicked, nothing happens.

Tried different computers, browsers, but they all behave the same.

Yep this is what I am running into exactly. My Case was "Resolved" but I put a comment in that it is NOT resolved.
