Use Workflow to Send Attachment to Slack?

I've managed to setup a workflow to send a message to Slack. However, I'd like to have the attachment in the row be send to the Slack channel and when I attempt it's not showing the attachment.

Could you clarify if you mean mean the existing attachment is not included? If so, this is an expected behaviour. For alert actions in change-based workflows, they‘ll only appear when the attachment or comment is modified at the time of the trigger event.

Attachments and comments that existed prior to the trigger event are not included.
