We would like to see the comments from the forms to appear in the conversation area. It would be nice to be able to initiate conversations directly from the forms.

Agree. Our internal best practice is to use Conversation verses adding a column for "Comment". We are forced to break our own best practice often when additional information is needed that does not fit into one of the collected fields.
