What is "Report Definition"?


I just made a new report by taking a current report and saving as new. I updated the source sheets (removed one, added one) and adjusted one filter and have saved it just fine. Now when I navigate away from this new report, I'm getting the message: "Changes have been made to the report definition. Would you like to save the changes".

I've not seen this before. Can anyone help me understand what this means?

    Its a new feature, I think I received an email about it, check your inbox... something like, you can change the names of columns in your source sheets and it doesn't impact on the reports, whereas previously it did.
