Message generated by a workflow

A workflow should send the following info (message and links) to a user: 

unfortunately i get the message for every single line.

Links to sheet and specific fields are clearly displayed:

How can i avoid repeating the same message over and over again? This makes no sense.

Are you trying to customize the body of the email? You have to set the trigger to run "When Triggered", otherwise you are not allowed to use the {{Field Name}} variable.

Once you set it to a "When Triggered" just use the {{ }} around your field names and the body of the email will feed in the field names to the email.

but no, I am not trying to adjust the text of the email. I want the text in the email to be sent only once and not the identical text several times as shown in the example. The message applies equally to all lines.

Hi @Miranda_1

The reason that the message is repeated is due to the {{placeholder}} you have in the Subject line. Even though it's in the subject and not the body of the message, it sets the formatting of the automation to send separate messages per-row.
