PMO Template - Project Intake Sheet populates new projects when trying to use a pre-entered formula

I am using the PMO Template - Project Intake Sheet but have customized this to include new fields to score a project and a new column that calculates the project priority score. The issue I have is when drag down the formula to the blank rows (to calculate future projects) the sheet thinks I have entered a new project. Any ideas?

Exactly, and it locks it down so nobody can change it.

Yeah, this has happened to me as well. I had to delete the rows which auto populated. Would appreciate it if an admin could respond on this thread. Thanks!

Try converting it to a Column Formula instead.

The column properties do not provide that option to make it a formula. Is there a different way to do this?

If you select a cell with the formula, you can right-click on it and select the convert to column formula option.
