% based on weight attributed to each column

I have 4 columns weighted as follows:

50% Academy

20% Together

20% self

10% Belieg

I would like a formula such that when the percentage is added to the respective column, it provides an average based on the weigh of whats attributed to each column.

Any help would be appreciated.
