Filtering Criteria

I am trying to filter out certain training records while still having the names visible to update current training needs.

Example: Who within the primary column is in need of Asbestos Awareness?

You can add a so-called helper column (Name or something similar) and try something like this formula. (you can convert it to a column formula)

=PARENT([Primary Column]@row)
