Copy row automation not working

Hi, I've set up what should be a pretty simple automation but for some reason it's not working. I've set up two categorical fields that should be copied to respective spreadsheets when certain values are selected but it doesn't copy to either spreadsheet. I set up similar workflows similar that were working on test spreadsheets and didn't do anything different, so I don't know why they're not working now. Any help would be appreciated.
