Can you modify the message to list specific task that meet a certain criteria?

I've set up a workflow to notify specific people when a certain trigger has been met; however, when I ran the workflow all the task items were listed individually even though they didn't meet the criteria set in the trigger. I only want to notify the responsible party of their tasks and not all of them that fall into the red category. Is this possible?

When you say you ran the automation, did you use the Run Now feature? If so, that ignores all triggers. Try triggering it on a single row in the sheet to see if it works as expected.

Hi Paul, that partially worked but I was expecting to receive an email that listed all task that are in the specified health category. The email I received this time only listed the rows that were updated.

Can we format the message so it only has one greeting and then list the tasks?
