why are access requests not being sent to the owner of the workspace
a coworker developed a workspace/ dashboard that has since been transferred to myself as the owner. After I was made the owner, the dashboard was shared with a larger number of coworkers for viewing access only. the issues is with a section that has website links (both internal and external links) that the users with view only access are unable to see and need to request access. when they request access the email to grant access is sent to someone other than the owner of the sheet.
I have 2 questions:
1 - why does viewer access not allow them to have access to the links?
2 - why is the access request email being sent to someone other than the dashboard owner, and how do I change this so that the owner is getting the access request emails?

They need to also be provided viewer access to any other Smartsheet item they are trying to view.
The access request will go to the owner of the item in question.
